Therapy for what’s
Hard, Honest, & Human.

Providing support and guidance as you seek clarity, balance, and meaning.

Growth Rooted in Trust

I value cultivating a space where you can explore what is hard, honest, and human. I believe that change stems from the relationships we develop. The values I incorporate into my practice to foster a safe, attuned space for you include:

Understanding & Collaboration

We collaborate to understand your inner world, exploring your experiences, histories, and relationships so that you can move towards clarity, connection, and change.

Trauma-Informed & Anti-Oppressive Care

Recognizing that healing occurs within existing systems and shared histories, my approach is built on safety, transparency, and ongoing learning, with a focus on power, equity, and diverse identities.

Relational Depth & the Pace of Trust

I foster a space where trust can grow naturally by approaching with warmth, presence, and steadiness. Together, we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, never rushed, always attuned.

Integrated Mind–Body–Self Work

My approach combines psychodynamic therapy, somatic awareness, expressive modalities, and evidence-based practices. I strive to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and your deeper self.

We Celebrate Diversity

Dedicated to fostering a safer environment for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, ability, gender, race, or other identities.

I aim to create a space where you can feel supported, heard, and free to explore what it means for you to be fully human.

Meet Elly:
My Philosophy of Care

I approach my work with warmth and curiosity, recognizing that it can be challenging to take steps toward healing while we are constantly in survival mode.

I have worked with a diverse range of individuals facing various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, transitional life events, and interpersonal conflicts. I believe that addressing these challenges begins by exploring patterns and insights from your past, relationships, and unconscious behaviours.

My goal as a therapist is to support my clients in their self-exploration and current circumstances.

By utilizing evidence-based therapeutic theories along with personal experiences, I strive to create a collaborative environment that promotes growth. I understand that everyone's experiences intersect in unique ways, which is why my sessions are tailored to you rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

I take the time to get to know you, making our relationship the foundation of our work together so that we can concentrate on your specific goals. It would be an honour to help you explore what is honest, hard, and human for you.
